The Harvest Moon

Ingredients:

2oz Dark Harbor Rum, 1.5oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, 0.5oz Lime Juice or 1 Juiced Key Lime, 1 Stem of Mint

2oz Ginger Beer, 1 Blood Orange, Rocks Glass

Directions:

Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Dark Harbor and fruit juice. Slap 3 mint leaves and drop in shaker. Empty rocks glass into shaker and shake vigorously. Strain back into rocks glass with Ginger Beer. Garnish with mint and Blood Orange wheel.

Shadow Runner

Ingredients:

0.75oz Dark Harbor Rum, 0.25 oz Blackberry Liqueur, 0.25 oz Creme de Banana, 2oz Orange Juice, 8oz Crushed Ice, Hurricane Glass

Directions:

Add Dark Harbor Rum, blackberry liqueur, crème de banana liqueur, orange juice, and crushed ice into blender. Blend until slushy and pour into Hurricane glass.

The Grim Reaper

Ingredients:

1oz Dark Harbor Rum, 1oz Goldschlager, 1 Tsp Lemon Juice, Dash of Orange Bitters, Fruit Slice (Orange or Lemon) Rocks Glass.

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add Dark Harbor Rum, Goldschlager, lemon juice, and bitters. Shake, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with fruit slice.

Midnight Mojito

Ingredients: 

2oz Dark Harbor Rum, 0.5oz Liquid Cane Sugar or 1oz Cane Syrup, 1 Lime, 2 Stems of Mint, 2oz Ginger Ale, 1 Cane Swizzle, Collins glass

Directions:

Slice Lime into wheels and drop into shaker. Slap 8 Mints leaves and drop into shaker. Add Dark Harbor Rum and Cane Syrup. Muddle briefly. Fill Collins glass with ice, empty into shaker and shake vigorously. Pour back into Collins glass with Ginger Ale. Garnish with mint sprig and cane swizzle.

Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients:

2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup (1 stick) Salted Butter, 1/4 Cup Honey, 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice, 1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves, 3/4 cup Dark Harbor Rum, 2 Cups Boiling Water, 4 Sticks Cinnamon.

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, beat the brown sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a medium bowl until blended and smooth. Transfer the mixture to a 4-cup measuring cup. Add the Dark Harbor Rum and 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until the butter mixture dissolves. Garnish with the cinnamon sticks and serve.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

2oz Dark Harbor Rum, 2 Dashes Angosturo Bitters, 1 Splash of Water, 2 Tsp Sugar, Ice, Orange Peel

Directions:

Add sugar and bitters to a glass with one ice cube. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 3-4 ice cubes and Dark Harbor Rum and stir for 60 seconds. Add orange garnish and serve.
